On our Mont Blanc Wine & Snow tour you’ll benefit from our expert local knowledge and together we’ll combine top-class skiing and snowboarding, relaxed wine tastings, guided winery visits, and fantastic meals. We’ll also throw in some well deserved pampering and a little culture, as well as the authentic alpine atmosphere of one of Ital’s most picturesque mountain villages to make an unforgettable skiing experience. We base ourselves in the Italian resort of Courmayeur for the week, a great resort in itself, but also a perfect place form which to access many other ski-areas.
The trip includes:
- The opportunity to ski or snowboard just as much as you like, accompanied by local ski-hosts to show you the best the mountain can offer for your level (lessons can also arranged)
- After-ski visits to a selection of the regions' best wineries, including Europe's highest vineyards
- For the more advanced skier, a chance to try some of the Alps’ best off-piste descents, including the famous Vallee Blanche, accompanied by our qualified mountain guides
- Memorable wine and cheese tastings led by our charming English-speaking local expert
- Meals at some of the area's best restaurants, both on the mountain and in the village
- A guided tour of the beautiful Roman city of Aosta with a chance to explore the medieval lanes of its historic centre
- A visit to the ancient spa town of Pre St Didier for some well-deserved pampering
- A breathtaking ride up the Mont Blanc massif in the Punta Helbronner cable cars
